PRACTICAL SELLER RESOURCES

Free print-on-demand profit calculator: realistic contribution, fees and break-even

Model a print-on-demand order using real selling prices, buyer-paid shipping, production costs, seller delivery charges, marketplace transaction fees, payment processing, advertising and expected refund losses. This free interactive calculator runs in your browser without signup or payment, even when the website database is temporarily offline.

Enter true selling price and delivery costs

Customer payment is product price plus buyer shipping. Manufacturer production charges and seller-paid delivery are separate inputs. Make sure all amounts use the same currency, verify the supplier quote for the relevant SKU and destination, and never assume that customer shipping revenue equals your actual fulfilment cost.

Check current marketplace and payment fees

You can adjust percentage transaction fees, payment processing charges, listing fees and optional Offsite Ads. Marketplace fee bases, renewals, processing rates and tax rules vary by country and eligibility. All initial numbers are hypothetical examples, not certified Etsy or payment-provider rates.

Interpret contribution rather than promised earnings

The output estimates order contribution and contribution margin after listed costs. It also estimates how much advertising could be spent before breaking even on the individual order, and the price required to break even under the assumptions. It does not calculate taxes, value-added tax, exchange-rate conversion, subscriptions, staff time or total company profit.

Keep control over your data

Change the inputs directly in the web browser and download a CSV showing your assumptions and results. No email form, Firestore database, subscription or payment account is needed for this calculator. When the data changes, rerun the model and inspect actual customer costs.

Use the right resource for the next decision

The $29 editable pricing pack offers seven related decision sheets, including price discounts, advertising break-even, product prioritization, supplier geography and a fee-source register. The free interactive calculator remains usable even if the paid checkout has not been configured.
